the wind howls

Hi Paula,

It’s Ewen again. I wrote this poem called wind for the challenge.

I hope you enjoy reading it!

Wind

The wind howls

like a wolf’s midnight call.

Branches fly

and tree roots are tugged.

Camp fires spread

and sand flickers

across my face.

Waves crash violently.

The wind forces

innocent birds

in the wrong

direction.
